Hey, I'm Vamshi Krishna — I built SILDIL, and I'm still the one building it.

SILDIL didn't start the way it looks today. It started as a quotes website — a small place to collect the kind of lines that make you stop and think for a second, meant to inspire and motivate people and add a bit of positivity to their day. I still care about that. But over time I found myself wanting to build things that were a little more useful too, not just something to read but something to actually use.

I love web development — genuinely, not as a resume line. Figuring out how to take a real, messy question someone actually has and turning it into something clean and fast that just works in the browser is the part of this job I enjoy most. That's why SILDIL has slowly grown from quotes into a home for tools built around that same idea.

The thing I try to hold myself to with every tool here: it shouldn't just take one input and spit out one answer. A tool that only does the bare minimum isn't that helpful — so I try to build ones that give you the full picture: the reasoning behind the answer, the steps to get there, the related information you'd probably want next, and the edge cases most tools quietly ignore. More complete answers, not more clicks.

Where I want to take this next is automation — tools that don't just calculate something for you but actually do a bit of the work itself, so the small repetitive things in daily life take less time and less effort. That's the direction SILDIL is headed: fewer tools that just sit there waiting for input, more tools that actually help.
